As a key member of a global team, you are responsible for the delivery and ownership of core facility management services in the Central European region within the Client’s estate based in Frankfurt am Main. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a visible and approachable member of the Workplace team within the assigned region, serving as a trusted point of contact for colleagues and visitors.
- Ensure a consistently high-quality workplace experience by proactively managing facilities and service standards.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve facility management issues and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
- Monitor and review the maintenance schedule to support the smooth execution of annual service tasks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key regional stakeholders to provide effective support and assistance.
- Support budget management by tracking costs and ensuring alignment with regional financial targets.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Strong organizational and communication skills, particularly in multicultural environments
- Solid experience in Facility Management processes and industry best practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines
- General administrative skills and reliability in day-to-day operations
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with Health & Safety legislation relevant to the Workplace Management industry
- Fluency in both English and German
