- You administer and you maintain the suite of Atlassian products (e.g., Jira, Confluence), Managing Project / Issue / Permission / Workflows / Screens etc.
- You are responsible for managing and supporting the organization's Google Workspace environment (e.g, Investigation, Set up, Configuration, User Management)
- You provide technical support and troubleshooting for essential tools, including the corporate VPN and Corporate password manager
- You execute basic Mobile Device Management (MDM), e.g Application Update, Basic policies
- You are responsible for developing, updating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- You are studying computer science, information technology or a comparable course of study with a bachelor's or master's degree
- You have a strong IT affinity and a high interest in technical solutions (ideally you already have initial experience in the area of automation in Atlassian)
- You have a structured, independent and responsible working style
- You have excellent written and spoken English skills
