Job Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of HCM Analysts.
  • Oversee various Workday modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Benefits, and Payroll
  • Ensure continuous optimization and adherence to the Workday HCM roadmap
  • Manage security architecture and define access to data
  • Ensure compliance with security frameworks and update security groups based on business process modifications
  • Troubleshoot integration errors between Workday and internal/external business application
  • Configure the annual Open Enrollment and Compensation cycles
  • Configure merit matrix and compensation planning module
  • Regularly upload and validate various data sets into Workday modules
  • Manage bulk uploads such as compensation pay ranges, and organizational changes
  • Conduct quarterly audits of access in collaboration with our internal IT Security team or external auditors.
  • Manage dashboards and worklets within Workday
  • Stay informed about regular Workday updates and outages
  • Performs other duties as required.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, related major or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in a progressive public accounting firm, professional services, human resources or corporate office environment
  • Minimum 4 years' experience of HRIS/Workday experience (including Workday Reporting using Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reporting & Workday Business Process Framework)
  • Experienced in supporting Workday Integrations and possessing a technical development background.
  • Advanced skills in Workday Studio, APIs, XML, and XSLT, and interaction with SOAP and ReST-based web services, EIB, Core Connectors, use of RaaS, Integration Security, Calculated Fields and Workday Business Process Framework.
  • Ability to work and coordinate with cross-functional teams on data-related inquiries
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Workday certifications are preferred

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. Compensation Range for this position: $104,000-$150,000. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
