At NN, we aspire to keep clients with us for the long run. We do this as a small central workstream, with dedicated retention champions in every country.
What you are going to do
Analyze and map out the current remuneration schemes across the countries, in close collaboration with the local colleagues
Suggest improvements on how to boost customer retention through realistic remuneration components, in close collaboration with the central customer retention workstream
Explore additional, creative ways to incentivize our distribution channels to focus on customer loyalty
Bring best practice sharing on retention to the next level by proposing and implementing improvement opportunities on the process

You will mainly work with the central Customer Retention Workstream (Anna Frojimovics and Karolien Berger), and with the dedicated Retention Champions in each country of NN International.
