Responsibilities:
1. Achieving Sales Target:
- Achieve various sales targets set by the company, including sales volume and market share targets, as well as relevant operational KPIs for the e-commerce department.
2. Manage Activity:
- Initiate various online retail marketing activities, and promote and manage their execution in various regions to ensure the implementation of activities and achieve goals.
3. Product Plan Execution:
- Collaborate with the marketing and planning departments to plan online product development, launch new products, and promote implementation in various regions.
4. Event Management:
- Effectively organize SKUs, resources, and sales plans to ensure sales targets are achieved in platform activities
5. New Account Expansion:
- Actively develop and develop new customer development plans, collaborate with marketing and planning departments to achieve the company's business goals and requirements on various platforms.
6. Process Management:
- Responsible for promoting and controlling the overall business process of each subsidiary, including sales targets, activity feedback, and evaluation.
- Responsible for setting sales targets, providing feedback and evaluation on activities for the platform store.
7. Develop and maintain relationships:
- Maintain and develop a good cooperative relationship with the platform.
8. Page Management:
- Assist regional sales in completing the listing of distributor product page materials.
9. Data Management:
- Establish an efficient data analysis system, conduct in-depth and effective analysis of customer, market, and competitive data, and develop plans based on it.
- Responsible for managing the retail data of dealers on various platforms, and effectively monitoring and analyzing the retail situation in conjunction with the company's data system.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above;
2. At least 2 years of marketing and sales work experience, and at least 1 year of sales and marketing experience in the e-commerce industry.
3. Good at communication, with strong expression ability, customer-oriented, and strong execution ability.
4. Strong learning ability and logical analysis ability.
5. Strong resilience and teamwork spirit.
6. Good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in both Chinese and English.
7. Good data analysis skills.
8. Proficient in using products and possessing the ability to quickly learn, master, and continuously update product related knowledge.
