Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of user experiences from concept to execution across web and mobile platforms.
- Translate user needs and business goals into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation quality.
- Contribute to and help evolve the design system and best practices.
- Present design work clearly and effectively to stakeholders and peers.
- Experience integrating AI tools into design workflows (e.g., Figma AI, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to leverage generative AI for rapid prototyping, user research synthesis, or design exploration
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design or interaction design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions and design thinking.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in agile or lean environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing for complex workflows or enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
- Background in user research or service design is a bonus.
- Understanding of AI-assisted design principles and ethical considerations in AI-driven experiences
