Sett is looking for a Web Games Developer with an AI orientation to join our out-of-this-world adventure.

You’ll work at the intersection of web, gaming, and AI – helping turn prompts into high-quality web games through cutting-edge generative pipelines that you’ll help improve, pushing them toward more control, more variety, and more “game feel.”
Responsibilities- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to combine ideas and technologies into richer, more diverse web games
- Design, build, and improve our AI-driven generation systems to expand their creative boundaries
- Test, evaluate, and interpret generative outputs to guide product improvements and inspire new ideas
- Prototype and iterate quickly to explore new directions in AI-generated web gameplay
- Identify, analyze, and solve complex challenges, while designing scalable solutions that prevent future issues
- 3+ years of experience in game development – must
- 2+ years of experience with web technologies (HTML5, TypeScript/JavaScript, etc.) – must
- 2+ years of hands-on experience creating web games or interactive experiences without using traditional game engines – must
- Experience or strong interest in LLMs, agentic workflows, and AI-assisted creation tools
- A builder’s mindset – loves to experiment, fail fast, learn, and iterate
- Systemic thinking – able to see both the big picture and the step-by-step path to solving complex challenges
- Passionate about innovation, learning, and pushing the limits of what AI can create
- Self-driven and collaborative, comfortable working across research and engineering domains
Skills Required
