About this Opportunity:
As a Wealth Advisory Senior Portfolio Manager you will manage and monitor investments and asset allocations within customized investment solutions, given client’s goals and objectives, to deliver better outcomes. This position will develop and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors and their clients with ongoing verbal and written communications to ensure investment approach meets client expectations and deliver service excellence. Candidates must work in-office at one of the following locations for at least 3 days per week: Berwyn, PA.

In this role, you'll get to:
Implement the firm’s multi asset class investment philosophy and strategy in assigned client portfolios through customized approaches tailored to meet clients’ goals and objectives
Oversee portfolios which may contain various investment vehicles such as separately managed account strategies, mutual funds, ETFs, and limited partnerships
Understand investment managers and strategies available to clients and advisors that have been evaluated by Brinker Capital’s Investment Team
Articulate Brinker’s due diligence process for selecting these investment products and importance within client portfolios
Maintain knowledge of services available to Wealth Advisory clients and advisors, including Banking & Lending, Philanthropic, Trust and Business Valuation services
Comprehend strategic investment positioning and be able to articulate this to advisors and/or clients
Create client presentations and participate in ongoing client meetings to review portfolio positioning and performance
Develop, monitor, and maintain investment policy statements.
We're looking for talent who:
Has working knowledge of various investment products and vehicles
Has deep understanding of investments markets and the ability to articulate this understanding to both sophisticated and unsophisticated investors
Ability to understand modern portfolio theory and asset allocation
Has familiarity with behavioral finance
Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Master’s degree in related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in investment industry required
Previous experience in asset allocation, portfolio management and investment manager due diligence required
Obtain Orion Industry Certification
Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) required or ability to obtain within 90 days
CFA required

Salary Range:
$136,490.00 - $216,939.00The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, Orion offers a competitive benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, and disability coverage on day one, 401(k) plan with employer match, paid parental leave, pet benefits including pawternity leave and pet insurance, student loan repayment and more.
