What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be
• Plan and organize daily/ weekly warehouse activity
• Overseeing the outsourced logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and order fulfilment, to ensure efficient and cost-effective product delivery
• Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement
• Review and maintain procedures and practices as required
• Ensure people are appropriately trained in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure thorough understanding of agreed outcomes
• Act as the primary point of contact for Logistics team
• Ensure dispatching is with accordance with priorities plan and within time frame
• Facilitating daily operations with factories, other WHs and co_packers
• Manage finished stock, packaging and inventory in warehouse
• Coordinate container movements by site/ liaise with freight companies as required.
• Raise electronic purchase orders as required
• Receive, batch check and store received goods
• Electronic receipt of inwards goods
• Monitor consumable stock and raise purchase orders to replenish to agreed levels in case
• Plan and perform physical count quarterly
• Maintain Stock matching accuracy between systems and physical location accuracy.
Experiences & Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experience:
- 2–5 years in logistics, supply chain, transportation, distribution, or warehouse management.
- FMCG, pharma, or automotive industry experience preferred.
- Procurement experience is acceptable.
- Advanced analytics: Power BI, Excel, Tabular
- SAP knowledge (especially for 3PL operations)
- Understanding of warehouse terminology and operational basics .
- Supply chain Fundamentals.
Soft Skills:
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Excellent documentation and technical writing abilities
- Strong numerical and analytical mindset
- Leadership potential to manage front-line teams.
- Decision making and managing conflicts.
