Summary:
We are seeking for a detail-oriented warehouse admin to manage and oversee the daily warehouse operations, leads policies and procedures governing the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, equipment and supplies. Support the organization's supply chain strategy through timely distribution of goods. This role will be accountable for national and international shipment documentation, operational reports, statistics and KPIs, purchase requests for consumable materials and standard products, as well as administrative tasks in the warehouse.
Duties and responsibilities
Operational Logistics and Warehouse Management:
- Support activities for warehouse outbound operations: processing, picking and shipping orders
- Coordinate direct shipments and pickup arrangements
- Interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders to meet targets and deadlines
- Monitor logistics processes and flows: proactively identify and promptly resolve operational issues
- Support in managing warehouse administrative documentation (shipping manifest, picking orders, stock reports)
- Prepare, analyze and review regular reports and monitoring warehouse KPI’s, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Purchasing Support:
- Management of purchase requests for consumable materials and standard products
- Collaborate with the planning department to ensure timely and accurate procurement orders
Shipment Documentation Management:
- Prepare transport documentation (DDT) for national and international shipments
- Editing and verification of CMR documents for foreign shipments.
- Maintain accurate document archiving
Qualifications
• High school degree in economic/administrative disciplines
• Previous experience in warehousing or logistics role, preferably in manufacturing or transport industries, fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of warehouse processes, shipping and receiving, operational and admin warehouse documentation (i.e. DDT, CMR)
• Proficiency in using MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and data analysis tools, D365 suite is a plus
• A good English level is appreciated
