About the Role 

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Professional to drive new business for our AI-powered Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) SaaS platform. The candidate will manage sales across Europe and the Middle East, while also selling into Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India. This is a senior sales role ideal for someone with strong enterprise SaaS experience, consultative selling capability, and understanding of Middle East & Europe markets 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  1. New Business Development
  • Generate and qualify leads across Europe, Middle East, and India GCC markets. 
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, requirement discovery, platform demos, solutioning, proposal development, pricing, and closure. 
  • Develop a strong pipeline within target industries such as BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Pharma, Tech, and Services. 
  • Develop and nurture partner network to amplify business development effort. 
  1. Territory & Account Management
  • Build relationships with CXOs, Risk Officers, Procurement Heads, Compliance Leaders, and IT Leadership. 
  • Manage and expand opportunities across assigned geographies. 
  • Work closely with channel partners, consulting firms, and resellers in Europe and the Middle East to drive sales. 
  1. Product & Solution Expertise
  • Understand and articulate the value of our AI agent–driven TPRM platform including due diligence, risk assessments, continuous monitoring, vendor intelligence, and workflow orchestration. 
  • Customize demos and map client pain points to product capabilities. 
  • Provide customer insights to product and marketing teams to influence roadmap. 
  1. Collaboration & Reporting
  • Prepare sales forecasts and weekly pipeline reports. 
  • Collaborate with presales, customer success, marketing, and leadership for conversion. 
  • Represent the company in events, webinars, partner meets, and industry forums. 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

  • Relevant B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in Risk, Compliance, Cybersecurity, Procurement, GRC, or related domains. 
  • Proven experience selling to mid and large enterprises in international markets. 
  • Understanding of TPRM/GRC processes, vendor onboarding, due diligence, or compliance frameworks is a plus. 
  • Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and handling complex sales cycles. 
  • Excellent communication, consultative selling, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Ability to work independently across time zones (Europe & Middle East) and travel for client meetings when required. 

 

Nice to Have 

  • Experience selling AI-driven SaaS products or workflow automation solutions. 
  • Existing relationships in the GCC, EU, or MENA region. 
  • Familiarity with RFP processes and large enterprise procurement cycles.
