What You'll Do
As the Village Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a remote village, including:
• Leading and supporting teams across catering, housekeeping, accommodation, and facilities
• Managing rosters, budgets, and service delivery standards
• Ensuring compliance with HSE and company policies
• Building strong relationships with clients and staff
• Driving performance, safety, and team culture on site
What You’ll Need to Succeed
✔ 4+ years’ leadership experience in hospitality, accommodation, or facilities management
✔ Experience managing diverse teams and multiple departments
✔ Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organisational skills
✔ Budgeting and reporting experience (P&L accountability preferred)
✔ Understanding of HSE and HR compliance
✔ Valid manual driver’s licence
✔ Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening, and a police check
✔ Full Australian working rights
