Responsibilities:

  • PPKM Certificate holder is preferred.
  • Preferred candidate will have proven experience in oversee the daily operations of the Treasury Sales Support team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
  • Manage and optimize operational processes, including documentation, product assessment, and data analysis related to FX, rates, and options.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (BNM, market risk, compliance risk, financial crime risk) through products assessment and documentation.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis on customer volume and profitability to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risk. Develop and implement strategies based on these insights.
  • Train and guide junior dealers and colleagues from other departments.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance process and task efficiency including handle special projects and task.
  • Strong and demonstrated client facing skills; able to clearly communicate and influence clients and business partners over the phone/virtually and in-person.
  • Address and resolve operational issues as they arise.
  • Keep abreast with relevant market, economic and financial developments to identify business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-15 years of work experience in Financial Services or the Treasury management field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc.). 
  • Strong understanding of documentation including ISDA, CSA, GMRA, embedded loan documents, and embedded deposit documents.
  • Excellent knowledge of market products and related risk.
  • For Communication skill, we prefer candidates who have good command in English proficiency, while Mandarin/Japanese may be advantages only.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
