The Verification Specialist (Voice) – Spanish Speaker is responsible for conducting employment, education, and reference verification checks while ensuring strict adherence to client guidelines, quality standards, and turnaround commitments. In this role, you will process, analyze, and document verification outcomes with accuracy and confidentiality, collaborating closely with your team to meet SLAs/TAT and deliver a consistent customer experience. The ideal candidate brings strong Spanish communication skills (B2/C1), attention to detail, and the flexibility to work rotational shifts and overtime as required.
Responsibilities
- To conduct employment, education, and reference checks
- Ensuring searches are processed as per client requirements/guidelines.
- Ensuring consistent quality and delivery.
- Process, analyze, and document the information
- Meeting the SLAs and TAT.
- Maintaining integrity, discipline, and confidentiality as per company policies.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ready to do Overtime whenever required
Qualifications
- 2+ Years of exp in relevant industry
- Minimum HSC or equivalent qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish
- Basic Computer Knowledge required
- Ok to work in rotational shift
- Spanish Language Skills (B2/C1).
