La posición de Representante Comercial de Nuevos Equipos (NE) tiene como objetivo impulsar el crecimiento del negocio mediante la identificación, desarrollo y cierre de oportunidades para la instalación de ascensores y soluciones de transporte vertical en proyectos nuevos. El rol requiere una presencia activa en el mercado de la construcción, con visitas constantes a obras, estudios de arquitectura, desarrolladores inmobiliarios y constructoras para posicionar las soluciones de Otis y asegurar relaciones comerciales sólidas y de largo plazo.

Buscamos un profesional con experiencia comprobada en ventas y en el sector de la construcción, industrial o afines, capaz de gestionar ciclos comerciales completos, negociar con múltiples stakeholders y garantizar altos niveles de servicio y resultados.


UBICACIÓN: CABA, ARGENTINA


En un día normal tendrás que:
  • Realizar visitas a obras, estudios de arquitectura, desarrolladores y constructoras para identificar oportunidades de Nuevas Instalaciones y posicionar soluciones Otis.

  • Desarrollar activamente nuevos clientes y mantener relaciones sólidas con cuentas estratégicas del mercado local.

  • Elaborar y presentar propuestas comerciales competitivas para clientes nuevos, carteras asignadas y recapturas.

  • Liderar el ciclo completo de venta, desde la prospección hasta el cierre, asegurando una gestión comercial profesional y orientada a resultados.

  • Realizar seguimiento de cartera, análisis de oportunidades y actualización de información comercial, garantizando precisión en el manejo de datos sensibles.

  • Colaborar con áreas internas (técnicas, legales, operaciones) para asegurar propuestas viables y alineadas con las necesidades del cliente.


Lo que necesitas para tener éxito:
  • Formación en carreras técnicas, ingeniería, arquitectura o áreas relacionadas (deseable).

  • Experiencia previa en roles comerciales, idealmente en construcción, desarrolladores, arquitectura o industrias de soluciones técnicas.

  • Conocimiento del ecosistema del mercado inmobiliario, obras, constructoras y procesos de licitación comercial.

  • Habilidad para manejar negociaciones complejas y construir relaciones a largo plazo con múltiples stakeholders.

  • Fuerte orientación a resultados, proactividad y capacidad de trabajar de manera autónoma en campo.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, presentación y gestión comercial.

  • Disponibilidad de tiempo completo y movilidad para desplazarse a clientes y obras en Rosario y alrededores.
