Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensures that the UI development meets technical, customer and market requirements.
- Works with Product Managers and senior UX designers to resolve issues.
- Assists in conducting UX research (user or market), providing documentation and analysis of the results.
- Designs and delivers UX wireframes, mockups and user stories.
- Assists in testing and provides feedback on UX features.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Creativity.
- Design and research experience required.
- The ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to diverse audience and multiple levels within an organization.
Qualifications
- 3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
- High school diploma.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
