Job DescriptionThe UX Team at Snke is responsible for designing the user experience for a variety of clinical applications and hospital systems. We are looking for a User Experience Designer (UX/UI) with a passion for creating visually compelling, intuitive, and high-performance medical software — including 3D visualization — that are both beautiful and easy to use.
As a User Experience Designer (UX/UI) your responsibilities will be
- from concept development, information architecture, and interaction design, to polished user interface design. For this position, UI and visual design excellence are essential.
- to discuss, communicate, specify, and create design solutions such as wireframes, prototypes, mockups and style guides.
- to work closely with cross-functional product teams on multiple ongoing projects in parallel and to synchronize with the User Experience Design team.

Qualifications- Education in user experience design, interaction design, communication design, media technology/design, human factors engineering, graphic design or related discipline, or equivalent working experience
- Passion for both conceptual work and visual design, with a strong eye for detail and a flair for immersive 3D
- Affinity for complex, technical products
- Excellent skills with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, plus familiarity with 3D content creation tools (e.g., Godot, Blender, Unity, Unreal Engine) is a must
- Great communication skills for a high level of interaction with a variety of stakeholders
- High self-sufficiency and multi-project juggling abilities
- 3–5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design
- Compelling portfolio with work samples showcasing UX methodology, UI design skills, and 3D projects
- Proficiency in English; conversational German would be a plus
