We are looking for a Used Cars Backoffice Expert who will be involved in all the activities related to the backoffice of used cars, providing prompt support to different clients in the activities related to:
- used car logistics,
- request of deregistration and change of ownership,
- solicit payment and support client with invoice issues,
- request and ship COC documents.
- Good level of English (at least B1),
- Precise, patient and structured person, eager to learn new skills and improve processes,
- 2 years of experience in a role that demands customer support within matrix organization,
- Excellent competencies with Excel and Outlook.
