OverviewThe disconnects team has two main purposes - work to prevent the disconnection of our client's utilities, and restore services as soon as possible if they are disconnected. Our team takes pride in being the last line of defense to keep the lights on for our customers.
As a member of the disconnects team, you will leverage the knowledge of Conservice processes, build relationships with other teams, and be empowered to resolve issues for our clients. We offer a full training experience to teach you the basics and set you up for success!
Responsibilities
- Work with utility providers over email, calls, and online portals to:
- Gather bills
- Submit payments
- Verify that accounts are active
- Collaborate with others to improve processes to reduce the number of disconnected services.
Preferred Skills
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
- Sense of urgency to resolve issues.
- Self-motivated to find the “why” behind the problem and resolve the issue
- Experience with Google programs such as Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.
- Computer-based experience with Windows-based applications
- Problem-solving and critical thinking
