Job Description

Program URAAN for People with Disabilities is an exciting one-year recruitment initiative designed to offer a unique opportunity to gain real-world work experience in the corporate environment, complemented by mentorship from exceptional leaders.
This program aims to foster inclusivity within our organization and the broader community, providing individuals with diverse abilities the chance to enhance their technical and interpersonal skills. You can  gain a competitive edge in securing future employment opportunities both within P&G and beyond after graduating from the program.

For this program, we will be hiring individuals in the following departments:
1. Finance & Accounting (F&A)

2. Supply Network Operations (SNO)

3. Brands/Media

Job Qualifications

We are looking for:

1. Finance & Accounting (F&A):

  • Minimum Bachelors in Accounting & Finance / CA / ACCA
  • No prior experience preference
  • Skills required: Business partnering, problem solving, team management, communication, SAP (optional)

2. Supply Network Operations (SNO):

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
  • 0 to 5 years of experience (2 years of work experience preferable but not mandatory)
  • Skills required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel), Excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, comfort with working with numbers/reports/dashboards, experience with SAP is a plus

3. Brands & Media:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • Certification in graphic design or related field (Optional).
  • 3+ years of in-house design experience (preferred) or 2+ years of experience in media planning, buying, and strategy (experience with multiple brands is a plus)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or media analytics tools, social media platforms, and advertising technologies.
