Upstream Chemicals - Portfolio Manager, Production Optimization
As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the profitable growth of the Production Optimized portfolio in Upstream Chemicals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, functions, and geographies to develop and implement a strategic vision to improve the financial health of the portfolio.
As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing the overall portfolio strategy and working with cross-functional teams (including technology, sales & commercial, supply chain, and service delivery) to execute the set strategy driving profitable market share growth in the Production Optimization portfolio.
- Technology road map development and successful launches of new products, including achieving set New Product Revenue (NPR/NPI) targets
- Product life-cycle management, including portfolio rationalization
- Building brand recognition in alignment with marketing efforts for differentiated products
- Generating market intel, voice of customer information, and competitor analysis
- Engaging with sales and commercial team to set floor pricing for products in the portfolio
- Driving non-supply chain related product cost out activities such as product swaps
- Regional portfolio alignment to ensure optimized sales of the correct products in each market

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and relevent years of upstream chemicals experience
- Have significant experience within Oilfield Chemicals
- Have previous experience with operations, sales, and/or technology development within the upstream chemicals space
- Possess a strong understanding of business financials
- Have experience developing and implementing strong process improvement initiatives
- Have demonstrated project management skills
- Have good oral and written communication skills
- Have interpersonal and leadership skills
- Have demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Be able to travel domestically and internationally (up to 20%) for business
