Job Summary

Accenture is seeking a skilled and passionate Kronos/UKG Dimension Consultant to work from our offices located in Lisbon, Braga, and Coimbra. Applicants must have experience and/or knowledge in workforce management systems, particularly Kronos, is valuable.

Selected candidates will take part in workforce management projects for global & leading companies across Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and maintain UKG (Kronos) Workforce Management solutions

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into Kronos system configurations

  • Provide technical and functional support for Kronos Workforce Central (WFC), Workforce Dimensions (WFD), and Workforce Ready (WFR)

  • Develop and optimize payroll, timekeeping, scheduling, and attendance solutions

Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in Kronos Workforce Central, Workforce Dimensions, or Workforce Ready

  • Knowledge of pay rules, accruals, scheduling, and attendance policies

  • Hands-on experience with Kronos configuration, interfaces, and reporting

  • Ability to write and troubleshoot Kronos Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) scripts

  • Experience with SQL, APIs, and system integrations is a plus

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Kronos/UKG certification is a plus

  • Familiarity with cloud-based workforce management solutions
