Job Summary
Accenture is seeking a skilled and passionate Kronos/UKG Dimension Consultant to work from our offices located in Lisbon, Braga, and Coimbra. Applicants must have experience and/or knowledge in workforce management systems, particularly Kronos, is valuable.
Selected candidates will take part in workforce management projects for global & leading companies across Europe.
Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and maintain UKG (Kronos) Workforce Management solutions
Analyze business requirements and translate them into Kronos system configurations
Provide technical and functional support for Kronos Workforce Central (WFC), Workforce Dimensions (WFD), and Workforce Ready (WFR)
Develop and optimize payroll, timekeeping, scheduling, and attendance solutions
Qualifications:
Strong expertise in Kronos Workforce Central, Workforce Dimensions, or Workforce Ready
Knowledge of pay rules, accruals, scheduling, and attendance policies
Hands-on experience with Kronos configuration, interfaces, and reporting
Ability to write and troubleshoot Kronos Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) scripts
Experience with SQL, APIs, and system integrations is a plus
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications:
Kronos/UKG certification is a plus
Familiarity with cloud-based workforce management solutions
