Bring the News to Life Online - Become Our Next TV Reporter!

We’re on the hunt for a creative, driven storyteller who can uncover, craft, and deliver digital news stories that captivate audiences. You’ll use sharp editorial judgment and creative flair to turn ideas into must-read content that informs, inspires, and sparks conversation.

This role will be based in our New York Hub so we are therefore open to candidates based in or commutable to New York.  You will be required to be flexible around evening and weekend shifts.

So, who are we?
Reach Plc is the UK’s largest commercial news publisher. We’re home to more than 130 trusted brands, from national titles like the Mirror, Express, Daily Record and Daily Star, to local brands like MyLondon, BelfastLive and the Manchester Evening News.

Since the start of 2023, we have been building out our US operation, headquartered at 200 Liberty St, New York. We’ve launched three standalone brands in the Mirror US, Express US and the Irish Star, covering news, sport, entertainment, politics and lifestyle - all targeted at US audiences.

We are looking to add ambitious and dynamic talent to our teams, so if you enjoy a rapid pace, a lively newsroom, a flat structure and the opportunity to work in a scale-up environment backed by the resources of a large organization, Reach Plc could be perfect for you!

With sharp editorial judgment, creative flair, and strong SEO and social savvy, you’ll craft must-read stories that uphold the highest journalistic standards.

What you'll need to succeed:

Collaborative, creative, and audience-focused, you bring determination, imagination, and a passion for delivering stories that stand out. A good understanding of media law is essential.
