What you'll be doing:
- Integrating, verifying, and exporting bank statements from Kyriba to the ERP system;
- Processing bank import payment files on an hourly basis;
- Exporting and managing payment processing from the ERP system to Kyriba;
- Verifying the accuracy of cash flow codes in the Kyriba cash flow reports;
- Maintaining and updating the internal database of banking cards for our shops;
- Monitoring and validating shops’ bank transactions, tracking pending transactions and collaborating effectively with banks to ensure that all transactions are successfully processed;
- Ensuring reconciliation between bank statements and accounting reports;
- Providing support to the team in daily treasury operations;
