About This Job
As the Treasury Management Sales Intern you will work directly with the Treasury Management Client Services and Onboarding team to ensure effective and accurate client onboarding and will assist clients with issues pertaining to general treasury management services.- Handle general online maintenance and client services requests such as adding and removing accounts from services and unlocking customer user id’s.
- Directly assist clients with phone inquiries related to general client service requests.
- Work with the Specialty Deposit groups within Treasury Management to understand the client needs and obtain enhanced exposure to the implementations and servicing of various groups such as Property Management, Business Management Firms, Fiduciary Services and Title and Exchange.
- Special projects as assigned by management.
