Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate daily transport schedules.
  • Ensure timely deliveries and smooth operations.
  • Communicate with drivers and customers effectively.
  • Maintain and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports as required by BSM and Toll Administration or any reports that may be subjected to change from time to time.
  • Ensuring compliance with BSM regulations regarding transportation and workplace safety.
  • Take personal responsibility for HSE.
  • Overall assist Supervisor in operation.
  • Disclosure of any Toll related documents or information’s to any third party without management approval will be in violation of company rules & regulation and this will be a major misconduct.
  • Assist the supervisor in achieving best achievable KPI standards as set for Linde account.
  • Other duties as directed by Supervisor/Manager

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of Transportation Systems and Management. Experience in logistics or transport planning is a plus.
  • Analyze data to optimize routes and reduce costs. 
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve operations .
  • Ability to ensure compliance to applicable laws, guidelines, policies, procedures and practices.
