Transformation Office Intern/ Apprentice, HQ

Project Management:

●         Assist in coordinating and managing transformation initiatives across teams and markets

●        Support project managers and the Transformation Office senior leadership in preparing project plans, timelines, running projects, and reporting on success metrics

●        Synthesize complex information and support in developing actionable strategies to ensure project objectives, scope, timeline, and budget are met

●        Work alongside (senior) leaders in our marketplaces to run performance improvement and value creation initiatives

Stakeholder Management:

●        Engage with stakeholders across the organization whilst getting exposure to senior leaders

●        Support communications and coordination with stakeholders from different (central) departments. 

Performance Measurement and Reporting:

●         Assist in tracking KPIs and progress metrics for transformation initiatives

●        Support in building dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership and the private-equity consortium

●        Collaborate with the Operating Model Management Team to align workforce plans and organisational structures with Adevinta’s redesigned operating model
