Position Summary
The Transact Configuration Specialist will be responsible for the technical setup and configuration of Transact accounts for new and existing customers. This role ensures that customer environments are implemented accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with project timelines and requirements. The specialist will work closely with the Onboard and Product teams to deliver a seamless experience and prepare clients for a successful launch.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure and set up Transact accounts according to defined requirements and customer specifications.
• Validate system configurations, user permissions, and workflows to ensure proper functionality.
• Collaborate with Onboard Implementation Specialists to align technical setup with client project timelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve setup-related issues during implementation.
• Document configurations and maintain accurate records of all client setup activities.
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams on recurring setup issues or enhancement opportunities.
• Ensure high standards of quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process.
Qualifications
• 2-3 years of experience in software implementation, system setup, or technical support.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems and configuration processes.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work North American business hours.
