Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and client-focused Training Solutions Manager to lead our corporate training business. This role is responsible for selling and managing customizable training programs built from our portfolio of available modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, client engagement, and learning & development, with a passion for helping organizations upskill their workforce through scalable, modular training solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new corporate client relationships across industries.
  • Present and position modular training programs tailored to client needs.
  • Lead proposal development, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Client Engagement & Account Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison for corporate clients, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.
  • Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate training modules from the existing catalog.
  • Manage client onboarding and ensure smooth program implementation and delivery.

Program Configuration & Delivery Oversight

  • Collaborate with internal teams to configure training programs using available modules.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of training sessions, whether virtual, in-person, or blended.
  • Monitor program performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Stay informed on industry trends and client challenges to refine offerings.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.
  • Contribute to marketing and promotional strategies for training products.
