Job Description

As the Training Lead – Global ERP Implementation, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training content to ensure end users across multiple regions and business units are equipped to effectively use the new system across 120 countries.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop training content
  • Design and develop user manuals, guides, and other training materials
  • Deliver training sessions, both virtually and in-person
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain training documentation and materials
  • Collaborate with change management team to integrate training with overall change strategy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably in ERP implementations
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Experience with e-learning tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, virtual classroom tools)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Required Skills

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Certification in instructional design or training development (e.g., ATD, CPTD)
  • Experience with global implementations and multicultural teams
  • Knowledge of industry-specific business processes
