Overview of this Position:

The Training Coordinator is responsible for lifecycle management of GMP training documents, including training forms, employee training records, and trainee qualifications from creation through archival. Additionally, documentation review, managing corrections and archival duties as required.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

  • Completion of an associate degree or a minimum of 2-5 years of Training Administration related experience.
  • Experience with document management or a Learning Management System
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. 

Preferred Requirements:

  • Previous GMP environment experience is preferred. 

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Manage training records including reviewing, filing, and archiving. 
  • Maintain physical GMP employee training files. 
  • Relaunch training items in MasterControl.
  • Manage administrative MC tasks such as training assignment, employee transitions, job code assignment, job code maintenance. 
  • Coordinate New Employee Orientation (NEO) training for all company new hires for contract and direct hire personnel including conducting orientation training, scheduling and coordinating training with area management.  
  • Routinely audit aspects of Master Control Training portals and adjust as necessary. 
  • Run training reports and metrics per request and/or audit. 
  • Respond to all training inquiries/emails, internal or external,  
  • Facilitate training classes (MC training). 
  • Job Code Creation/Assignment/Removal with Learning Management System. 
  • Manage class offerings and scheduling for corporate professional development training.

PAY: Depends on Experience and is discussed during the interview process.
