Responsibilities

  • Preparation of training documentation as required, including trainees files with all relevant forms in reference to the indicated courses.
  • Ensure timely production of course documentations, including company specific documents/forms if required
  • Administer course pre-requisites for all clients
  • Maintenance of clients records as per manual requirements
  • Knowledge and follow up all training guidelines being informed about Manual and PROCESS Manual contents.
  • Control of instructors, keeping files update with all relevant documents required to exercise their privileges as instructor/examiner.                    
  • Maintain Instructors records in Gemini/STARS (or relevant system).
  • Check and review training records ensuring the adequate completion by instructors/ examiners
  • Issue training completion certificates as needed, related to the indicated course and considering the special indications or procedures stated for each customer.
  • Keep copy of all trainee documents, training records and certificates for the period required by regulation.

Responsabilità

  • Garantire la produzione tempestiva della documentazione relativa ai corsi, inclusi eventuali documenti/moduli specifici richiesti dal cliente.
  • Gestire tutti i requisiti preliminari dei corsi per tutti i clienti.
  • Mantenere i registri dei clienti in conformità rispetto ai manuali.
  • Conoscere e monitorare le linee guida di formazione, mantenendosi aggiornati sui contenuti del Manuale e del Manuale dei Processi.
  • Controllare che gli istruttori conservino le loro qualifiche come istruttore/esaminatore mantenendo aggiornati i loro fascicoli con tutti i documenti necessari per l’esercizio.
  • Mantenere i registri degli istruttori in Gemini/STARS (o altro sistema pertinente).
  • Verificare e revisionare i registri formativi, assicurando la corretta compilazione da parte di istruttori ed esaminatori.
  • Emettere i certificati di completamento formazione, quando necessario, relativi al corso indicato e tenendo conto delle indicazioni o procedure specifiche previste per ciascun cliente.
  • Conservare copie di tutti i documenti dei partecipanti, dei registri formativi e dei certificati per il periodo richiesto dalla normativa.
