Job Description
- Owns the website strategy (based on overarching Marketing and touchpoint strategy) of a BU with a focus on improving top of funnel traffic, user engagement
- Ensure user-centric UX design, relevant and engaging web content.
- Responsible for the continuous evolution of BU website, making sure it is state of the art
- Lead execution of all major web projects spanning UX design, development and optimization
- Translate the online content strategy in communication campaign concept for the web and lead the implementation of organic SEO tactics
- Implement content updates and ensures the accuracy of information
- Own the relationship with the development agency, internal technical stakeholders
- Own core web metric goals, analytics tracking, reporting, insights & performance for the website

- Excellent understanding and usage of digital analytic tools (Google analytics etc)
