We are looking for a highly analytical and driven Senior Data Scientist with strong expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data-driven problem solving. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models, working with structured datasets, and translating complex analytical insights into actionable business strategies. Experience in the manufacturing domain will be an added advantage.
Develop, train, and deploy machine learning and regression models to solve complex business problems.
Analyze large volumes of structured/tabular data to generate insights and predictive solutions.
Apply statistical techniques such as probability, hypothesis testing, distribution analysis, and correlation analysis to interpret data.
Design and implement end-to-end data science solutions, including data preparation, model development, evaluation, and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and convert them into data-driven solutions.
Build and maintain data pipelines, models, and optimization frameworks.
Work with cloud platforms such as Azure or Oracle for model deployment and data workflows.
Implement and maintain MLOps practices for model monitoring, versioning, and scalability.
Communicate insights, model results, and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Continuously explore new data science methodologies to improve model performance and business outcomes.
3+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.
Strong expertise in classical machine learning techniques and regression modeling.
Solid understanding of statistics, including probability, distributions, hypothesis testing, and correlation analysis.
Proficiency in Python and commonly used data science libraries:
scikit-learn
pandas
NumPy
Experience working with structured/tabular datasets.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
Ability to effectively communicate complex analytical results to business stakeholders.
