As Third-Party Brand Manager your part is to ensure we treat our third-party brands as our own, to secure and maximise every partner oportunity. Reporting to the Senior Third-Party Brand Manager, your role will be to manage Third Party Brands (3PB) and campaigns, working alongside our key partner brands to launch product and cultural campaigns on time and in budget across retail and online. You will use your brand management skills to advance the size? brand by managing and delivering best in class marketing initiatives, positioning size? as the partner of choice for the market leading streetwear brands.

You will be responsible for delivering cohesive campaigns in line with the size? brand by working with extended marketing teams such as social, multichannel (Paid, CRM, Digital, Trade), retail and buying and merchandising teams to bring the assigned partner brand and product to life. You’ll need to be comfortable working to rigours brand standards, have a creative flare, plus superb organisational skills to excel in this role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage 3PB marketing plans that align with overall business goals and objectives.
  • You’ll support on the strategic planning and management of key 3PB campaigns for the business and ensure that both retail and online have strong representation to help drive awareness to the size? consumer.
  • Aim to spot opportunities when relevant and track through the marketing funnel.
  • Strive to drive consistency in brand messaging across all business touch points and manage creative sign off (internal & external).
  • Develop ways of working to ensure efficient campaign delivery to meet KPIs and objectives as well as applying a continuous improvement attitude to drive future development.
  • Independently track campaign costs and become proficient in utilizing the Coupa finance system. You will be responsible for receipting your allocated brands contributions and working with group finance independently.
  • Manage allocated brand budgets, splitting funds accordingly across various campaigns within the financial year.
  • Actively manage allocated 3PB campaigns, pitching for campaign budget and ensuring individual financial contribution targets are met with smooth delivery of campaigns plans.
  • Develop strong 3PB relationships.
  • Preserve strong relationships with external suppliers & agencies.
  • Maintain the upkeep of the 3PB calendar and update the relevant departments on your campaign activity.
  • Work collaboratively with key business stakeholders such as retail, digital, social, merchandising, and creative to drive the brand forward as a team to meet campaign objectives.
  • Oversee influencer marketing outreach and activity when required.
  • Take responsibility for your performance via regular PDP reviews to champion personal development and team atmosphere.

Skills, experience, and knowledge required:

  • Organizational, project management and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Hands on experience of managing and delivering 360 marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with influencer marketing.
  • Commercial and analytical aptitude.
  • The ability to work in a fast-moving environment as part of a collaborative team.
  • A willingness to learn new skills.
  • Highly proficient with all relevant computer software MS office or Keynote et
  • Management experience is preferred.
  • A keen interest in streetwear fashion / sneaker brands is advantageous.
  • Hold a valid driving license and passport and be prepared to travel throughout the UK and internationally.
