Las responsabilidades pueden incluir las siguientes y otras tareas pueden ser asignadas:
- Promueve y vende los productos y servicios de Medtronic dentro de un área geográfica asignada y/o cuentas específicas de clientes para cumplir o superar los objetivos de ventas.
- Es responsable de desarrollar, construir y fortalecer relaciones a largo plazo con las partes interesadas, incluidos distribuidores y profesionales de la salud.
- Es responsable de buscar oportunidades, evaluar necesidades y proporcionar servicios de productos para maximizar los beneficios derivados de los productos y/o servicios de Medtronic.
- Promueve y establece la educación sobre los productos y/o servicios de la empresa.
- Realiza estudios de mercado, incluidos análisis de clientes y actividades de la competencia.
- Implementa planes o estrategias de desarrollo de mercado y realiza ajustes según sea necesario.
- Comunica la retroalimentación de los clientes sobre nuevos productos y/o modificaciones a los productos o aplicaciones existentes a los equipos internos, incluidos I+D, Operaciones y Marketing.
Conocimientos y experiencia necesarios:
- Diploma Profesional en Enfermería
- Dos años en soporte clínico o ventas en cirugía cardiovascular, dispositivos quirúrgicos, experiencia clínica mínima en sala de hemodinamia y/o de ventas en el cuidado de la salud en líneas afines (hemodinamia), preferiblemente sala de hemodinamia (Neurovascular)
- Dominio técnico de la anatomía y fisiología cardiovascular
- Capacidad para desenvolverse en entornos quirúrgicos de alta exigencia
- Habilidades de comunicación, influencia y trabajo colaborativo
- Pasión por la tecnología médica y el impacto en la vida de los pacientes
- Conocimiento técnico de la franquicia neurovascular es un plus
- El inglés intermedio y experiencia previa en empresas del sector de dispositivos médicos es deseable
