Join Rabobank’s AIR/Connections Squad and contribute to the development and maintenance of a new global core banking system for the wholesale & rural bank. You will be part of the Flexcube Foundation Services within the Financing Journey Tribe & Service Center, supporting the Core Banking Transformation programme. This initiative aims to enhance customer experience, reduce costs and risks, and foster innovation across the bank’s global operations.

Ensure the quality and reliability of integrations between systems by testing interfaces, collaborating closely with other squads and third parties. As a Tester, you design and execute tests for complex integrations, validate API connections, and contribute to seamless data exchange and operational efficiency. You work in a diverse, international team, where collaboration and continuous improvement are key.

• Design and execute tests for complex integrations and interfaces, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange.

• Validate API connections, messaging flows, and system interoperability across multiple platforms.

• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other squads to define test strategies and improve quality standards.

• 40 hours per week

• Rabobank operates in 38 countries for over 9.5 million customers worldwide.

• The AIR/Connections Squad supports the Core Banking Transformation programme, impacting global operations.

• Identify defects early and contribute to continuous improvement in the delivery process.

• Support automation initiatives and share best practices within the team.

• Take on additional tasks from a T-shape perspective to help deliver maximum value.

• Experience with DevOps & Agile Methodology / Scrum
