We are looking for a
Tendering and Ordering Deployment Manager
to the Modernization team in the Commercial & Operations unit.
Tendering and Ordering Deployment Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing the end-to-end tendering and ordering deployment processes. This role ensures timely, accurate, and cost-effective deployment of tendering and ordering developments, aligning with business goals and customer expectations.
In this role you will collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvements, digitalization, and operational excellence. Tendering and Ordering deployment manager plays a key role in deploying new functionalities and new ways of working to Frontlines. The person will also work in close collaboration with other C&O functions, Areas, Frontlines, KTI and IT teams.
This role reports to the Modernization Head of Sales Operations, Pricing, Tendering & Ordering.
The preferred location of the position is Espoo, Finland or one of KONE main Frontline offices in Europe.
Responsibilities and key activities:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times
Drive digital transformation initiatives within tendering and ordering workflows
Utilize data analytics to support decision-making and performance tracking
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Supporting new releases deployments by maintaining tools and support in defining specs for tender views and tender letters
Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth execution
Monitor KPIs such as order cycle time, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction
Gather feedback and requirements from different users in Areas, Frontlines & Global
Support building global community(s) among tendering and ordering stakeholders as well as key users
Support in delivering tendering and ordering relevant trainings.

We expect you to have:
BSc or MSc in a relevant subject (e.g., business, finance, engineering, statistics, mathematics… etc.)
Experience or exposure to working in a matrix organization and willingness to contribute to the development of colleagues' skills
~5 years relevant experience in process management and development is considered as an asset
Knowledge and experience with KTOC systems
Knowledge of sales processes and tools
Ability to drive things independently and can-do attitude
Experience of connecting market needs and offering
Strong planning, organization, and facilitation skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and draw insights
Agility with office 365, data analytics, synthesis, and presentation skills
Demonstrated capabilities to run development and projects in international context
Relentless drive, energy, persistence, can-do attitude and people communication and collaboration skills
Ability to energize, inspire and motivate peers, strong collaboration and influencing skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enjoys an international and diverse work environment
Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in other languages seen as a potential asset
Willingness and ability to travel internationally about 25% of the time.
