Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Data Analytics Intern to support our Business Intelligence Enablement team. In this role, you will help with Power BI onboarding, troubleshoot BI report issues, support digital product teams through their help channels, and process incoming ServiceNow requests. You will get real training and hands‑on experience while partnering closely with product teams to improve data analytics workflows, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is curious, loves solving problems, and wants to apply data skills in a real business environment.

Candidates must be actively enrolled in a 2year community college and or technical program during the full duration of the apprenticeship program. Students are required to have a minimum GPA of 3.0 to apply.

What You Will Do

• Support initial Power BI onboarding for digital product teams
• Help troubleshoot and resolve Power BI report issues
• Answer questions and provide solutions through product team support channels
• Process ServiceNow requests related to analytics tools and reporting
• Learn how BI tools fit into larger digital product ecosystems
• Work with product teams to improve analytics processes and user experience

What You BringTechnical Skills

• Experience using analytics or visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Understanding of data modeling, ETL pipelines, and relational databases
• SQL skills for extracting, cleaning, and preparing data
• Experience with Python or R for analysis, automation, or statistical exploration

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Curiosity, attention to detail, and a desire to learn
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance
