Your responsibilities .

• Performs document quality checks in accordance to the project/client/internal requirements, as required in the specific role

• Responsible for receiving, reviewing, filling and retrieving of project/internal documentation

• Work will typically be subject to review by more experienced colleagues

• Provides input for new procedures and write or modify existing procedures and guidelines for the erection, assembly, installation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and operation of FLSmidth-designed equipment

• Gathers and documents machine descriptions and system requirements with low to medium complexity

• Provides technical and copywriting assistance to internal departments

• Revises previously published materials, as directed

• Creates and modifies illustrations for instruction manuals

• Adheres to and contributes to the company style guide

• Copy-edits or comment on the work of peers and co-workers

• Observes and executes all job responsibilities in accordance with established company policies, procedures, and editorial standards

• Manages individual documentation projects of low complexity as assigned by the manager

• Implements improvements to team business processes

• Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activities

What you bring

• Shall have good knowledge in document control and management

• Shall have Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills

• Able to work independently as well as on a team.

• Knowledge in Adobe Framemaker and Adobe Indesign for Technical documentation will be an advantage.

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word and Powerpoint) is a

• must and knowledge in using cloud based Document Management System is an advantageous

• Proficient typing skills

• Basic analytical experience

• Proactive, determined, smart and dynamic
