Toppan Merrill has an exciting opportunity for an Technical Support Specialist to join our St Paul, MN team. You will support clients through onboarding, system set up and support future issues on our Bridge and Quinn platforms.
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm CT
One Day a week working on site in St Paul, MN
Four Days working Remote #hybrid
8 on call weekends a year
Job Responsibilities:
- Within a business group, gathers business requirements and facilitates projects from business to IT.
- Identifies user requirements and provides recommendations for process-oriented solutions.
- Facilitates effective technology solution planning sessions.
- Coordinates the appropriate project team and manages project through completion to ensure all goals and deliverables are met.
- Participates in client training and creation of communication plans for market rollouts and new product offerings.
- Plans, prioritizes, delegates and reviews the work of assigned team members.
- Escalates the needs for corrections when necessary.
- Acts as a point of contact between internal departments, clients and sales and the project team.
- Provides project updates to stakeholders.
About You:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ year experience supporting Customer with SaaS platforms
- Self-starter
- Experience working directly with clients
- Passion working with clients
We understand that your skills deserve recognition. That's why we offer a competitive pay scale ranging from $55,000 - 85,000 annually, based on experience and expertise.
