This Position reports to:
IS Service Owner -Build & AccelerateIn this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
Work model: # Li-hybrid/remote
- Provide day-to-day technical support to DevOps teams, diagnosing and resolving platform issues.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tool integrations to streamline platform workflows.
- Document best practices, runbooks, and operate knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Collaborate on proof-of-concepts for new platform components and tooling enhancements.

Qualifications for the Role
- Strong hands-on experience (3+ years) with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions).
- Total experience 8-10years
- Proficient in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms and AI (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with monitoring/observability stacks (Prometheus/Grafana, ELK).
- Effective communicator and trainer, passionate about documentation and knowledge transfer.
