We are looking for a Technical Solution Consultant to join our team. This is an amazing opportunity to work on IP management system technology and services. The role will be reporting to the Senior Director based in Australia and work closely with a team across Australia, New Zealand and South-East Asia region.
This role will be closely aligned to the global consulting team with a great skill set in IP and IP management solutions, and we would love to speak with you if you have experience in IP management systems, technology and IP administration processes and services.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3 years’ experience working within IP
- Strong presentation skills and a team player to collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
- Ability to demonstrate software platforms and present this to potential and existing customers as well as experience in maintaining demo environments.
- Ability to be able to present complex solutions involving software and support services.
- Ability to support customer training and knowledge sharing to improve customer experience.

- Experience working in a solution consultant, pre-sales similar role.
- Experience with setting up demo environments, leading trials and proof of concepts.
- Familiarity with Intellectual Property or legal industry workflows.
What will you be doing in this role?
- You will be working closely with our sales teams, product team and implementation team to make sure we grow our revenue for IP software and services. This means that you will support our sales and customer support teams in presenting our technology to both existing and potential new customers. For this we expect that you will have an active role in discovery of the client needs, preparation of the demo, leading the demonstration, work with product marketing on enablement, maintain the demo environment(s) and work very closely with all relevant stakeholders.
- Our team support sales opportunities across the globe, you will be primarily focusing on the ANZ and South-East Asia market, however we do expect that for some occasions you will support outside of this region.
About the Team
Our team is based in the Australia, New Zealand and South-East region, however, is part of a global team where you will have the opportunity to work with and engage with global teams.
Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed. This is a hybrid position working in the office up to 2-3 days a week.
Location preference is Sydney, however other locations will be considered.
