Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey
Your role and responsibilities
- Adapts and implements sales support strategy using specific technical capability for the designated area in line with the global support strategy and focuses on supporting configuration and quotation requirements.
- Oversees estimations, bids, and proposals, ensuring alignment with ABB standards and targets.
What it takes to Run what runs the world
- Bachelor or above in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, etc.
- Sales support or other related fields.
- Possess good communication and problem solving skills.
- Communication/coordination skills cross function/departments in both Chinese and English
- Strong Leadership capability. Ability to motive and develop people
- Result-orientated and very responsible
- Strong ability to solve conflicts
- A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
