Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably with a focus on technology and marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of the US tech market, including current trends and necessary skill sets.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to creatively source candidates using various platforms and tools.
- Capability to conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidates' technical abilities and fit.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment best practices.
