Job Description
InPost is looking for a passionate Technical Program Manager with a solid background related to IT networks, telecommunications, IT infrastructure, and Internet providers. This role requires a strong and resilient Project Manager with excellent communication and leadership skills who enjoys problem-solving.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead one or multiple transversal projects/programs to drive alignment between several teams and departments regarding strategic challenges.
- Regular and close cooperation with external vendors and providers, such as telco companies, network, office, and personal IT equipment suppliers.
- Coordinate and partner with diverse internal stakeholder groups including early engagement to achieve effective buy-in.
- Identify project risks and issues; make recommendations for improvement to existing processes and procedures.
- Ensure the impacts of issues are communicated so all parties are aligned.
- Partner with project stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate project impacts.
- Ensure timely use of project and technology tools to help drive accountability. Ensure project resources and budgets are tracked and kept up to date.
- Make sure the areas of intervention for Poland, the UK, and Italy are clarified.
- Carry out business trips across the entire perimeter.
- Active participation in the purchasing process.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Project Management, or a related field.
- Previous proven project leadership experience (3+ years).
- Experience in IT projects, projects from telecommunication, internet providers, electrical, and telecom domains.
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and create a cohesive project team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including communicating effectively with team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Experience in managing stakeholders' expectations, conducting meetings, and delivering presentations.
- Ability to solve complex problems to present them simply and effectively.
- Autonomous and rigorous personality, with a strong sense of organization and reactivity.
- Fluent in written and spoken Polish and English.
