The Opportunity

We’re a fast-growing startup on a mission to redefine how automation, AI, and data infrastructure power business decisions. We’re looking for a seasoned Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the full lifecycle of high-impact technical initiatives across the organization. In this role, you’ll define technical strategy, collaborate across engineering and product teams, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable, innovative solutions.

What you'll be doing

  • Own and drive the end-to-end lifecycle of key technical initiatives across multiple projects.
  • Define technical requirements, product roadmaps, and detailed solution specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering, product, and design teams to translate business goals into scalable technical outcomes.
  • Act as a bridge between teams to ensure seamless data translation, system interoperability, and technical alignment.
  • Leverage cloud computing expertise to guide platform selection, architecture decisions, and integration strategies.
  • Identify, monitor, and manage project risks, interdependencies, and delivery timelines.
  • Oversee quality assurance, testing, and validation processes to maintain high technical and performance standards.
  • Track and report progress to stakeholders and executive leadership with clarity and transparency.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence across teams.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5  years of experience in technical product management or technical product ownership roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-platform, or enterprise-level initiatives end-to-end.
  • Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms, system integration, middleware architecture, and API/data translation patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive reporting.
  • Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and effective decision-making abilities.
