Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced techno functional candidate with expertise in IBM TRIRIGA. Specific focus on Lease Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting, designing, and overseeing technology solutions that integrate financial systems with real estate and lease management platforms, ensuring a seamless and optimized solution for managing leases, contracts, and real estate portfolios. It's good to have relevant experience in Oracle Finance & Property management.
Key Responsibilities:
Owns end-to-end technology product delivery, leads, and inspires the working team. Responsibilities include developing technology product roadmaps and prioritizing backlogs, deeply understanding the business goals challenges including end user needs. They apply deep product domain knowledge, partners closely with the business, senior technical product management team, technical and delivery teams as needed to ensure value delivery.

  1. TRIRIGA Lease Management Expertise:
    • 5+ years of TRIRIGA Lease Management experience to optimize lease administration processes, including lease abstracts, payment terms, critical dates, compliance, and lease accounting.
    • Successfully implemented at least two TRIRIGA deployment.
    • Provide technical guidance on integrating lease management functions with financial systems, ensuring accurate data flows for lease payments, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger postings, import and export.
    • Lead the implementation of lease compliance tracking, financial impact analysis, and lease reporting for stakeholders, improving visibility and decision-making around lease portfolios.
    • Ensure seamless integration between TRIRIGA Lease Management and Oracle Financials, allowing for end-to-end lease lifecycle management-from contract initiation through payment and compliance.
    • Lead multi-disciplinary teams through the full lifecycle of design, development, and deployment.
  2. Integration Management:
    • Oversee data transformation and mapping between TRIRIGA and external systems ensuring financial data integrity.
    • Lead the peripheral (inbound/outbound) integration of TRIRIGA or Property Management system like Supplier, customer, site, sales etc.
    • Understand integration solutions using middleware such as Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, or similar platforms.
  3. Technical Expertise:
    • Extensive experience in configuring and managing TRIRIGA Lease Management, including lease abstraction, financial obligations, and asset management.
    • Good knowledge of Oracle Property Management modules such as Systematic Lease Calculations, Lease Management
    • Lead technical troubleshooting and optimization for both financial systems and lease management solutions.
  4. Documentation & Best Practices:
    • Maintain detailed technical documentation, including system architecture, integration flow diagrams, and data models.
    • Develop and promote best practices for managing leases and real estate portfolios in TRIRIGA.
    • Experience on SAFe Agile process, Scrum methodologies.
    • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence
  5. Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated on the latest advancements in lease management software, including updates to TRIRIGA and industry standards.
    • Continuously explore new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve financial system integration.


Required Experience:

  • Proven experience with TRIRIGA Lease Management, including lease administration, compliance, critical dates management, and financial integration.
  • Technical Product Management experience
  • Expertise in integrating Oracle Financials with TRIRIGA for lease-related financial processes.
  • Experience leading large-scale, complex integration projects across multiple systems.
  • Experience with Agile Product Management methods and terminology.
  • Knowledge of middleware platforms such as Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, or similar
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), AWS, or Azure.


Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical challenges related to lease and financial integration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both business and IT teams.
  • Act as a key point of contact for the extended team at offshore to clarify product/solution functionality from an end-user perspective.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or related field


Preferred Certifications:

  • TRIRIGA Certified Professional (Lease Management)
  • Oracle Financials Certifications (AP, AR, GL, OTC)
  • SAFe Certification
