End User Devices Mobile Product Owner (f/m/x)

As part of the Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) – End User Computing department, the Devices & Workplace team manages the entire technical workplace for all Deutsche Bank employees in Corporate Bank, Private and Retail Banking worldwide. The product portfolio for this role includes mobile devices such as iPhones, iPads, Mac laptops and Android devices.

This role ensures that our employees who use these devices have access to the best solutions from anywhere to improve productivity and usability.

We are looking for a motivated Product Owner to join a global team of experts who design, develop and deliver the entire workplace solution for Deutsche Bank.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy and Roadmap:

Support the successful delivery of the product strategies to ensure alignment with the bank's technology roadmap together with the Product Manager.

• Product Development

Document requirements in Jira for engineering, test, and IT operations teams, efficiently prioritize requests and communicate status updates as the primary point of contact for internal customers, regularly review technical test plans to ensure quality and improve technical testing capabilities.

• IT Application Ownership

Support in the implementation of audits and security reviews in the role of the IT Application Owner (ITAO), close cooperation with contact persons in the IT security and audit teams, independent preparation of relevant documentation for audit final reports.

• Ease of Use and Support

Supporting the end-user experience through test groups and collecting feedback to drive product improvements, collaborate with IT operations teams to address product-related issues and ensure timely and effective solutions for end users.

• Communication and Documentation

Provide regular progress reports on product groups to stakeholders and management, creation and maintenance of documentation for end users and support teams, effectively communicate product updates and changes to all stakeholders, maintain a risk and issue register to track items that could delay or stop service delivery.

This Product Owner role works closely with the End User Computing Mobile Product Manager and is responsible for software and hardware-related topics related to the product catalog for Mac and mobile devices including regular touchpoints with key vendors.

Skills

• At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of product and or project management in an agile framework.
• Practical experience with supporting and follow-up of regular audit/compliance requirement fulfillments.
• Experience with tools for SDLC, including Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365/SharePoint.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities as well as proactive working style with the ability to show initiative.
• Agile framework certifications on product / project are a plus.
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
