About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Process Engineer who can design, analyze, and implement operational processes while supporting technical integrations across systems.

This role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure processes are well-designed, technically feasible, scalable, and effectively implemented. You will play a key role in improving operational efficiency, system connectivity, and process scalability.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable working with APIs and system integrations, and capable of breaking down complex initiatives into structured execution plans.




Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities

  • Design and document scalable operational processes and technical requirements

  • Build and manage backend integrations using REST APIs

  • Design and implement webhook-based automations

  • Integrate third-party tools (e.g., scheduling platforms) with CRM systems

  • Support backend functionality within Zoho CRM and related services

  • Collaborate with frontend teams to ensure alignment between backend logic and React UI

  • Support deployments and infrastructure considerations within AWS environments

  • Break down initiatives into actionable technical tasks and define ownership

  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across systems

  • Optimize workflows, automations, and system performance

  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate workflow design, debugging, and documentation

  • Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and process improvements

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred

  • Experience designing operational workflows and technical integrations

  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and experience building/consuming APIs

  • Experience with webhook implementation and event-driven architecture

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to translate business needs into technical execution

  • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams

Preferred:

  • Experience coding in Python

  • Experience working with CRM systems (Zoho preferred)

  • Familiarity with React architecture and frontend/backend interaction

  • Experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, or similar)

  • Experience with automation tools, integrations, or internal tool development

  • Experience working with JSON data and API interactions

  • Exposure to AI tools or LLM-based integrations
